I’m leaving the cold, snowy winters of northern Wisconsin for the moderate, snow-free Pacific shore. Well, close enough to the shore anyhow. I’ll be documenting the cross-country trip and tracking my progress via Google Latitude in case you want to keep track of the journey.
Day 1 – Where the Mighty Mississippi is Born
The first day of my trip across the country ends at the beginning of the Mississippi River.
Day 2 & 3 – Teddy and a Whole Lotta Open Road
An overnight stay in Theodore Roosevelt National Park and a day of high-tailing it across northern Montana.
Day 4 – Yellowstone National Park
The oldest national park certainly doesn’t disappoint. Bison & elk & geysers & so much more. Yellowstone will definitely be on the list of places to re-visit.
Day 5 – Goodbye Yellowstone, Hello Brown Potato
The weather cooperates once again to make for a great trip from the national park to rural Idaho.
Days 6 & 7 – Working on the Road
A couple days in Aberdeen, ID filled with video work and some local culture.
Day 08 – 600 Miles to Vegas
Up before dawn and on the road soon thereafter, I’ve got a lot of ground to cover and a scheduled stop along the way…
